Diagnostics
|

This section controls the permissions available to the User on the Diagnostics Tab.
None: If selected, the User will not have access to this tab.
View: If selected, the User will have view only access to this tab.
Admin: If selected, the User will have access to modify settings and utilize tools or reports on this tab.
Selecting "Admin" exposes additional options that should be reserved for System Administrators.
Allow user to update AVL Service: If selected, the "Update Server Software" link will be enabled under the Software Updates section.
Allow user to Manage Sync Settings: If selected, the User will be able to update software registration information on the Diagnostic Tab.

List of Units
|

This section controls the permissions available to the User on the List of Units Tab.
None: If selected, the User will not have access to this tab.
View: If selected, the User will have view only access to this tab. If the User is set to only have access to specific groups under the Group Permissions section, then they will only be able to view those groups on this tab.
Admin: If selected, the User will have access to modify settings and utilize tools or reports on this tab. If the User is set to only have access to specific groups under the Group Permissions section, then they will only be able to interact with those groups on this tab.
Selecting "Admin" exposes an additional option that allows the granularity of this access to be limited.
Limit user to only change label, color, and icon: If selected, the User will only be able to modify these options on this tab.

History

This section controls the permissions available to the User on the History Tab.
None: If selected, the User will not have access to this tab.
View: If selected, the User will have view only access to this tab.
Admin: If selected, the User will have access to query history subject to any group Permission restrictions. If the User is set to only have access to specific groups under the Group Permissions section, then they will only be able to query units that are within those groups.
Selecting "Admin" exposes an additional option that allows the granularity of this access to be limited.
Allow user to query hidden vehicle history (!): If selected, the User will be permitted to view history captured on a vehicle while it was set to be hidden from Think GIS display. Hidden vehicles are managed under the Veh ID and Label columns on the List of Units Tab by adding an exclamation point in front of the Veh ID.
