This check box is linked to the Output > Require Think GIS to login option. If Require Think GIS to login is not checked, any Think GIS license, configured with the associated Address and Port connection info, may view AVL and this option will be grayed out. If the Require Think GIS to login option is checked, then this setting may be managed per user. Removing the check from the "Allow user to view AVL - subject to any group limits below" box restricts the user from logging in to view AVL units on ThinkGIS. If this box is checked, then the user will be required to login to Think GIS upon opening. Think GIS > AVL Source Setup > Auto Login has configuration settings that will automate this.
