Use the Zoom Out command to view a larger area of the map staying centered on the same point.
To Zoom Out:
1) Click the  button or select Zoom Out from the View menu.
2) The view will change to show the larger area.
Notes:
•By default, resulting view is 3 times wider than the original. Users can set this scale using the Map Settings window.
•If a use recently zoomed in to an area and now the user wants to zoom back out, it is easier to use the Previous View command rather than Zoom Out.
•There are even quicker ways to zoom and pan without having to use the menu. See Map Navigation Shortcuts.
•Certain details, or even entire layers, may be automatically turned on and off while zooming in and out on the map. See Layer Settings to control these settings.
