Use this tool, located on Tools Menu > Show Map Editing Tools > Advanced Tools > Cleanup and Conversion Tools, to populate an address range layer with starting and ending addresses for each polyline based on existing address points placed at intersections.
To build address range layer:
1) Users will first need a properly formatted address ranges layer where each Feature is represented by a single polyline. Each polyline must start and stop at locations near the address points described below. This routine will populate all the fields
2) Users will also need a properly formatted address points layer where each Feature has a label or symbol at each intersection (or within 60 ft).
3) During the process errors will be logged to the "Discrepancy" field on the polyline layer and the "Comment" field of the points layer if these fields exist.
4) Select "Build Range Polylines from Range Points" from the  menu and follow the on-screen instructions.
