A single projection must be established for each map. This parameter must be setup when the map is created and cannot be changed after layers are added. The list of projections displayed here comes from the projections.tmd file which can be modified if necessary.
If users attempt to add a layer to this map which uses a different projection than what is stated here, then a prompt will pop up offering to reproject the layer.
To change the projection of a map
1) Create a new map and in the process specify the new projection.
2) Add all the existing layers to the new map.
3) The layers will be reprojected to the new projection as they are being added to the new map.
