This option allows a layer owner to set up a layer as they would like others to see it on their maps and save those settings so that they are carried with the layer on sync.

Notes:

•If the layer is already on the map of a downloading user, then the saved settings will not appear on the map automatically.  Use the Apply .tml Layer Settings button to update the display settings.
