Edit Check Box/Edit Text Button

If the current layer is locked for editing and this box is checked, users can edit the Feature Name text directly from the Index window. When viewing Search Results, then the Edit Text button will allow the same.

Notes:

•In viewing mode (box unchecked) keyboard input is used to scroll the list.

•In edit mode (box checked) any thing typed replaces the text in the currently selected cell.

•This tool will not work on the Pick List (Advanced) Field Format.
