This tool is found on the List of Units Tab. While vehicles that are configured to report to the AVL Server via either AVL Client or modem, it is also possible for users to manually add a unit before it has reported to the AVL Server. To add a unit, follow these steps:
1) Click the Add Unit button.

2) Fill out the unit configuration pop-up, and then click OK.
