Specify the bearing angle using the degrees, minutes, and seconds boxes.
•If a bearing is specified in decimal degrees then enter the entire decimal value in the degrees box.
•To speed up typing on this window, Think GIS will automatically tab from one field to the next as text is entered. If prematurely tabbed to the next field, press shift+tab to tab back and finish the entry.
Example: Proceed North 5 degrees 12 minute 30 seconds West a distance of 120 feet.
