Script Editor

The script editor can be used to build a list of commands that are to be executed as a batch. This list of commands is always stored in a file and the script is executed by way of the RunScript command. For more about commands and scripts see the Command Line Interface topic.

Each row of the script is a single command consisting of a command verb and followed by 0 or more parameters required by the command. A few of the most popular commands can be assembled by using the Cmd Wizard button. These wizards ask some basic questions and then insert the resulting command into the script. But for all other commands, users will need to lookup the syntax of the command in the help file and type it out accordingly.
