Add Text
Click here to place some plain text on the form. Use text to add notes to the form or label sections of the form.
Add Button
Click here to place a button on the form. Users will be asked to provide the text that should show on the button as well as the command to be executed when the button is clicked.
Add Hyperlink
Hyperlinks function just like buttons. Provide the text to appear in the hyperlink and indicate the command to be executed when the hyperlink is clicked.
Notes:
•After the text is placed, right click on it and select Modify for more options.
•Fields cannot be added or deleted using the form editor. They can only be rearranged on the form. See Layer Format for instructions on adding or deleting fields.
