Managing Print Layouts

The arrangement of information on the printed page is called a print layout. For the typical user, print layouts are automatically managed. Each time a printer, paper size, or orientation is selected, Think GIS automatically recalls the print layout last used for these paper dimensions. But if users want to use various print layouts for different applications then they will need to understand the Save, Select Layout, and Restore Default Layout buttons found in the Print Window. Additionally, the Print command can be made to automate the process of re-printing common maps.
