Starting in Think GIS version 4.22, Think GIS map files have been converted from the TMA format to the newer TGM file format. While most installations of Think GIS are now pointing to the TGM file format, there may still be some pointing to the older TMA file. Considering that, here are some things to note:
•Think GIS will open either a TMA or TGM file.
•When changes are made in a TMA, saving it will automatically convert to a TGM file.
•Whenever opening a TMA file from a desktop shortcut, Think GIS will automatically check to see if there is a TGM file with the same name in that same directory and open it if it exists.
