This tool is located on the Alarms Tab > Add Alarm. Stationary alarms are used to indicate when a vehicle has not moved for a certain period of time. Stationary alarms only apply when a vehicle is actively reporting its location to the server. This means that no stationary alarms will be triggered when a vehicle's GPS or modem equipment are turned off.
To use this tool do the following:
1) Click on Add Alarm > Stationary on the AVL Administrator's Alarms Tab.
2) Fill in the alarm parameters.

3) The alarm will now be visible in the Alarm Conditions section and can be modified by highlighting the alarm and clicking the Alarm Properties link.
