This tool is located on the Alarms Tab > Add Alarm. Create an Inactivity alarm to send alerts whenever a sensitive area of the agency's jurisdiction is not receiving sufficient patrol activity. This type of alarm can indicate times that specific locations may need more patrols. Ex., "At least one patrol needs to be done in the south side park every hour between 10pm and 2am." Once setup, an alarm notification would be sent out any time 60 consecutive minutes elapse without anyone driving through a boundary area representing the park. In addition to just monitoring special areas like this, it is possible to establish maximum inactivity times for all grids of the city.
