Exclusion or Inclusion areas may be added to a Speed Alarm in order to restrict when the Alarms will query for infractions. For instance, there may be areas of the map where greater speeds are expected, such as an Interstate, in which case, it would need to be excluded from the query. There may be other areas where the opposite is true, such as incorporated towns where speeds are significantly slowed, in which case they would need to be included within that alarm. Only one type of area may be used per alarm. If both exclusion and inclusion areas are needed, then they may be managed with additional alarms.
